Customer BBQ Cooking Guidance

  • Preheat BBQ to medium heat.
  • Lightly oil grill.
  • Grill salmon for 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked through.
  • Grill shrimps for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and firm.
  • Grill asparagus and zucchini until lightly charred.
  • Brush with teriyaki or miso sauce during final minute of cooking.
  • Serve immediately.
