Not at all. Every box comes with a step by step grilling guide, including temperature tips and timing, so you can achieve restaurant quality results at home.
Since we use fresh marinades without heavy preservatives, we recommend grilling within 24 hours of delivery. If needed, you can refrigerate the box for up to 48 hours.

To ensure the highest quality and freshness, orders placed directly through our website require a minimum of 24 hours’ advance notice for BBQ boxes and large orders. For smaller quantities, on-demand delivery is available through Deliveroo and Keeta, subject to availability

Each box contains your choice of Signature Kefta, marinated chicken, or lamb skewers, along with:
- A charcoal tray with pre-packed coal
- Fresh tabouli salad
- Traditional dips and pickles
- Lebanese pita bread
- Water Extinguisher, Tongs and disposable cutlery
Everything you need to grill and enjoy is included — no extra preparation required.
Light the charcoal carefully using a firelighter or match. Allow the coals to heat for approximately 1–2 minutes, then place the skewers on the grill tray. Turn them occasionally until cooked to your desired level.
Remove the ready-to-cook meat from the container and place it directly on the grill. Cook until it reaches your preferred doneness. Important: Always ensure chicken is fully cooked to avoid any risk of foodborne illness.
No. The BBQ box is designed for outdoor use only. It produces smoke and should always be used in a well-ventilated area.
Make sure the coals are fully lit and glowing before placing the skewers. Flip them every few minutes and don’t leave them unattended. If you’re unsure, use a meat thermometer — chicken should reach 75°C inside.
No. The BBQ box is intended for single use and should be safely disposed of after cooking.
No — everything you need is provided inside the box.
After cooking, carefully use the provided water extinguisher to cool the charcoal. Wait until steam has subsided, then close the box securely and dispose of it in a rubbish bin.
The BBQ box can be stored for up to two days in its original packaging inside a refrigerator.
